We use professional cinema-grade equipment, including Netflix-approved cameras, audio devices, lenses, lighting, and drones.

We accept bank transfer, debit card and Paypal.

To secure the date, we kindly ask for a 25% deposit. Two weeks prior to the day of filming, a subsequent 50% payment is required. Upon final delivery of the video, the remaining 25% is due.

In all our packages we include a pre consultation which happens over video or phone call. If you are local to us we are happy to meet in person for this. We will always have another chat with you closer to your wedding day to confirm everything in more detail, like timings.

We pride ourselves on being organised, polite, tidy and subtle. We work exceptionally well with other suppliers, including photographers and we make sure to never get in the way. In the past couples have described us as "professional, relaxed, calming... not pushy at all". We capture every special moment and more, all while remaining discreet and unnoticed.

The final videos will be delivered via a downloadable link. We also have an add on service to send out a personalised USB in a gift box.

Typically, we handle the music selection process due to licensing restrictions. However, we are open to discussing your preferences during our consultation, ensuring your satisfaction with the music choice in the final video. Rest assured, we utilise professionally licensed music from trusted suppliers specialising in creating engaging soundtracks. Our careful selection ensures a perfect match to the video brief and the pace of the captured clips. We always make sure that you are happy with the song choice before we go ahead and edit your video. It's important to note that popular mainstream tracks like Beyonce or Adele cannot be used due to licensing restrictions. Nevertheless, the chosen music will be exceptional, making your video truly memorable and unique.

We aim to have the first draft to you within 6 weeks, however depending on the time of year, the latest we will provide a draft will be 9 weeks at an absolute maximum.
